- Who is CT Site for?
- For site managers, architects, and project teams who want to review and approve invoices in a structured way – with tenant-separated access control per project and organization.
- How does construction billing work with CT Site?
- Upload a PDF invoice and assign it to a project, AI reads header data and line items. You review line items individually and edit them directly in the list – calculation and correction sheet are generated automatically. The correction sheet and marked invoice are available for download.
- Where is my data stored?
- Invoice documents and project data are stored on servers in Germany/EU. For AI extraction from PDFs, invoice contents are sent to Anthropic (USA) for processing. Access to CT Site is secured with tenant- and role-based controls – each project stays separated in its own context.
