Centraltec GmbH – CT Site

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to use of the CT Site platform for digital construction billing by companies and their authorized users.

§ 2 Subject matter

CT Site is a software-as-a-service solution for invoice intake, AI-assisted extraction, digital review, and creation of correction sheets in construction.

§ 3 Registration

Use requires registration with a company account. A usage agreement is formed upon completion of registration.

§ 4 Customer obligations

The customer ensures that uploaded invoices and company data may be processed lawfully. AI-extracted line items must be reviewed before binding use.

§ 5 Availability

We strive for high availability. Maintenance windows and technical disruptions may temporarily limit use.

§ 6 Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for damage from injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations.

§ 7 Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

§ 8 Final provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Munich if the customer is a merchant.
